These terms cover your use of andrewcairns.com and the quiz. If you buy an audit or become a client, we'll also agree the details of that work in writing.

The quiz

The quiz is a quick, general look at how much friction there is in your business. Your score, results and suggestions are for general information only. They aren't professional legal, tax, financial, accounting, HR or employment advice, and you should get proper advice for those things.

Contacting you

By submitting the quiz and ticking the consent box, you agree that I may contact you by email, phone and text as described in the privacy policy. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

Audits and subscriptions

• Business audit. A one-off fee of $500, paid in advance. If you start a monthly subscription within 30 days of your audit, the $500 is credited against your first month.
• Monthly subscription. Billed monthly in advance, with a three-month minimum commitment. After the first three months it continues month to month, and you can cancel any time before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future payments; it doesn't refund the current month.
• Bigger projects. Builds outside the subscription, such as apps, dashboards or websites, are quoted and agreed separately before any work starts.

What I don't promise

I'll do my honest best for you, but I can't guarantee particular business results, revenue or savings. Decisions about your business remain yours.

Your information and confidentiality

I treat what you tell me about your business as confidential, and handle personal information as set out in the privacy policy.

The content on this site belongs to me. Please don't copy it for commercial use without asking. The site is provided as it is, and I'm not liable for any loss from relying on its general content.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
