A 40% deposit holds your place. The balance is due 60 days before the retreat. The retreat is confirmed once five places are paid.
Deposits are non-refundable, because they let me book the villa and everything else. The one exception: if we don't reach five paid places by the deadline, the retreat doesn't run and everyone gets their deposit back in full.
Yes, it's compulsory. Please take out travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical care and the activities on the trip, like surfing and the ATV ride.
